Information for EA (NOTE: This will be used as the Documents Title in ADAMS) 15:00 I was part of a conference call with the above, save Dr. Brooks. Mr. Wall stated that the reactor and some office/laboratory space was built between 1957 and 1960. The remainder of the Dodgen Research Facility consisting of more office and laboratory space was built in 1971. Mr. Wall would perform some more research as to the exact end dates of the construction. I thanked Mr. Wall for the information.
15:15 Dr. Brooks was not at her desk and I left a voice-mail message for her to get back in touch with me.
17:55 Dr. Brooks returned my call and left a voice-mail message. She would be in the office about 2 p.m. EST after a doctors appointment. If we were unable to connect on 3/11, the office would be closed 3/12.
3/11 14:30/15:15/17:00 Attempted to contact Dr. Brooks.
3/15 11:30 I spoke with Dr. Brooks. She indicated that, in order for her agency to do a 106 review, she would need to receive a request from the NRC in writing. The letter should be addressed to Greg Griffith. I thanked her for her time.
