Enclosed for your information is the synopsis of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)
Office of Investigations= (OI) completed report regarding the release of personal information by a TVA access authorization employee.
OI did not substantiate that a former TVA Access Authorization Specialist willfully released Personal Identifying Information in violation of TVA and NRC regulations. We plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS). Based on the evidence developed, this investigation did not substantiate that a former TVA Access Authorization Specialist willfully released PII in violation of TVA and NRC regulations.
