Enclosed for your information is the synopsis of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)

Office of Investigations= (OI) completed report regarding the release of personal information by a TVA access authorization employee.

OI did not substantiate that a former TVA Access Authorization Specialist willfully released Personal Identifying Information in violation of TVA and NRC regulations. We plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.

Official Use Only - OI Investigation Information SYNOPSIS This investigation was initiated on November 13, 2007, by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Office of Investigations, Region II (RII), to determine whether a former Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), Access Authorization Specialist willfully released Personal Identifying Information (PII), in violation of TVA and NRC regulations.

Based on the evidence developed, this investigation did not substantiate that a former TVA Access Authorization Specialist willfully released PII in violation of TVA and NRC regulations.
