If they wish to do so, on or before Monday, March 15, 2010, the participants can provide the Licensing Board with any proposed transcript corrections relative to the March 1, 2010 initial prehearing conference.
Any proposed corrections should, to the maximum extent possible, reflect agreement among the participants. The Board urges the participants to limit any proposed corrections to matters that are material to the substance of the statements involved. Moreover, the video of the prehearing conference, which will be available until May 30, 2010, at the previously-established webstreaming link, www.visualwebcaster.com/event.asp?id=66071, should be used by the participants to confirm any needed transcript corrections. Any proposed corrections that are not reflected in the video of the prehearing conference will not be entertained by the Board.
