I am writing to inform you that I have taken Joshua Smith's place as the Nuclear Reactor Manager at Kansas State University. Mr. Smith was serving as the Acting Manager following the resignation of the previous manager, Mr. Paul Whaley. My appointment is effective as of 11 January 2010.
