ANNUAL CHANGES, TESTS, AND EXPERIMENTS REPORT Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.48(d)(2), Virginia Electric and Power Company submits this letter to serve as the report of Changes, Tests, and Experiments for the Surry Power Station Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation for the period from January 1, 2009, through December 31, 2009. There were no 10,CFR 72.48 reports generated during the period stated.
