VNC Site Security Plan, 4 February 2010S This letter is to inform the NRC of a change to the VNC Site Physical Security Plan in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54. VNC considers this change to "not reduce the effectiveness of the security program."
Attached are the revised pages of the Security Plan for GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas, LLC's (GE-HI Vallecitos Nuclear Center (VNC). This is a revision of the plan currently in effect at VNC, including the Nuclear Test Reactor (NTR) license R-33, Docket 50-73. This change will be effective 1 March 2010.
