Enclosed is Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation's (WCNOC's) Owner's Activity Report (Form OAR-i, Report Number WCRE-22, 12-P1-RF17) for Containment inservice inspections performed prior to and during Wolf Creek Generating Station's (WCGS) seventeenth refueling outage (RF17) that concluded on November 21, 2009. RF17 was the first outage of the first period of the second interval of the WCNOC Containment Inservice Inspection Program.
The enclosed report is submitted pursuant to the requirements of paragraph IWA-6240 of the 2001 Edition through 2003 Addenda of Section Xl of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and ASME Code Case N-532-4.
