On February 4, 2010, the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy (SACE) filed a petition, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.335(b), requesting waiver of 10 C.F.R. §§ 51.53(b) and 51.95(b) with respect to applicant Tennessee Valley Authority's (TVA) application for an operating license for Watts Bar Nuclear Plant Unit 2. On February 12, 2010, TVA filed an unopposed motion requesting that this Board set a deadline of March 1, 2010, for filing of responses to SACEs waiver petition.
The motion to set a deadline for responses is granted. Responses to SACEs February 4, 2010, waiver petition may be filed on or before March 1, 2010.
It is so ORDERED.
