Indian Point Unit 2 Steam Generator Inspection, Restoration Program Presentation Materials Repair and This letter transmits 3 copies of the following documents containing the information presented to the NRC on March 14, 1990 and May 21, 1990 on the Indian Point Unit 2 Steam Generator Inspection, Repair, and Restoration Program:

(I) a) WCAP-12625, "Status Report, Indian Point Unit No. 2, Mid-Cycle S/G Inspection Presentation to NRC" (Proprietary) b) WCAP-12626, "Status Report, Indian Point Unit No. 2, Mid-Cycle S/G Inspection Presentation to NRC" (Non-Proprietary)

(II) a) WCAP-12627, "Indian Point Unit 2, Steam Generator Inspection, Repair and Restoration Program Presentation to the NRC" (Proprietary) b) WCAP-12628, "Indian Point Unit 2, Steam Generator Repair and Restoration Program Presentation to (Non-Proprietary)

Also enclosed is a Westinghouse authorization letter, Proprietary Information Notice, and accompanying Affidavit.

Inspection, the NRC" CAW-90-043, As Items (I)a and (II)a contain information claimed to be proprietary to Westinghouse Electric Corporation, these are supported by an affidavit signed by Westinghouse, the owner of the information. The affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in paragraph (b)(4) of Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations.

Accordingly, it is respectfully requested that the information which is proprietary to Westinghouse be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations.
