Change in Level 1 Personnel This purpose of this letter is to inform the Commission that effective February 1, 2010, Dr. John Cassady will step down as the Vice President for Research (VTPR) at Oregon State University. Dr. Rich Holdren has been designated as the Interim VPR until the individual whom has been hired to replace Dr. Cassady assumes the responsibilities of the VPR later this summer. By this letter, the Commission is notified of the staff transition, as required by Technical Specification 6.7.2.b.1 of License No. R-106, Docket No.20-243, for the OSTR.
