Confirmation Dara -
I want to confirm our plans for tomorrow. Below is my understanding of what the day will look like, as well as several questions related to specific logistics. Please respond when you have a moment, and also let me know whether anything below appears different from what we've discussed to date.
- We will plan to travel to the site in one vehicle. (If it is possible for us to have space for two vehicles, please let me know - I recognize parking onsite is tight.)
- We will arrive at 8am. I recall that we've previously gone to the building immediately inside the gate and before the security checkpoint in the past for badging and site access. Please let me know whether that's the proper place for us to go on this visit.
- We will plan to meet with your staff at approximately 8:30am. I recall that you were going to confirm the location of our meeting room. Please let us know where we need to go once we pass through the security checkpoint.
- Our initial meeting should be relatively brief, approximately 30 minutes, to discuss the purpose for the visit and plan for the site tour.
- The tour will follow the initial meeting and go to the sites we'd previously discussed.
- Following the tour, we'd like a brief exit meeting to wrap up any questions from the tour.
- We expect to leave the site around 1pm (and earlier if the tour proceeds more quickly than anticipated).
