In response t6 the subject memo, we have contacted DL and ascertained that the IP3 review is targeted for completion in March 1975.
It.shouldbe recognized that the licensee need not commit to all ANSI standards and regulatory guides contained in the Orange, Gray and Green Books in order to have an adequate QA program. If specific significant deficiencies in the IP3 QA program are identified, please provide the details so that DL may be provided specific information and not generalities.
