Please call me and let me know whether this is feasible and we can discuss specifics as necessary. I'd anticipate that we would have a brief (likely no more than 30-minute) kick-off type meeting at the start of the day to review the tour location and purpose.
I think we should be able to conclude after 4-6 hours on site, but I'd like to confirm that with you.
