VRR-ANO2-2009-1 In an email dated January 5, 2010, you noted that the subject relief request was for ANO-2s Fourth Inservice Testing interval and future intervals until the End of Life for ANO-2. Your note from the reviewer was that this request could be granted for the fourth interval and not for extended life, due to potential changes in the Code, technology changes, etc. Thank you for pointing this out to me.

With this email, I would like to revise the duration for this relief request to just the fourth 10-year interval and delete the discussion of extended plant life.

Please let me know if you need any additional documentation or other information to support this change.
