By letter dated December 17, 2009, you requested an extension of time to respond to the Orders until January 22, 2010. You noted that you have controls in place which meet the intent of the Orders to provide enhanced controls. We have reviewed your request for an extension of time to respond to the Orders and determined that your request is reasonable.
