Special Report, Permanent changes in the facility organization- Level 1 Change
Dear Sirs:
This letter is submitted in accordance with the requirements of PSBR (TS 6.6.2.b. 1) to provide a written report of "Permanent change to the facility organization involving level 1-2 personnel."
Effective January 1, 20.10 Henry CQ. Foley,- Ph.D., will replace Dr. Eva J. Pell as Vice President for Research and Dean of the Graduate School at Penn State University. Dr.
Pell will be retiring from Penn State on December 31, 2009 and starting another career as the Under Secretary for Science for the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C.
