The purpose of this transmittal is to provide clarification to Dairyland Power Cooperative's ICM commitment made on June 10, 2002. Attachment 1 (Safeguards Information) contains a synopsis of the clarification. The corrective action report and supporting documentation for the clarification is in Attachment 2 (Safeguards Information). Attachments 1 & 2 will only be provided to listed individuals.
