Dear Mr. Collins,

-0 A constituent recently contacted me with information detailing her protest and arrest, along with three other w9men, at Entergy Nuclear's Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station in Vernon, VT. On September 28, the four women passed through two gateways to accomplish their intended protest. I am conc~rned by the report that two entrance gates were open, and that a third gate was having electrical difficulties at the time. Security and safety is of the highest concern at a nuclear power facility. I trust that your plant has the highest caliber security management, but I do ask that these specific issues be looked in to.

Thank you for your time and consideration in this issue.

Sincerely, Stan Rosenberg STATE SENATOR
