Dear Sir:
In accordance with Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations Part 50.54(u) and in response to your November 13, 1980 letter, The Power Authority of the State of New York (Power Authority) submits herewith, ten (10) copies of the document entitled "Emergency Plan for Indian Point 3 Nuclear Power Plant."
In addition, the Power Authority also submits, herewith, ten (10) copies of the Draft Emergency Plans of New York State, Westchester, Orange, Rockland and Putnam Counties. Ten (10) copies of Praft Emergency Plans for the State of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and ten (10) copies of the current Connecticut State Plan are also being submitted.
Three copies of all of the aforementioned Emergency Plans are being submitted, concurrently, to-the Office of Inspection and Enforcement.
