Dear Mr. Russell:
In accordance with 10CFR50.54(q), one (1) copy of the most recent revision to our Emergency Plan has been sent to the NRC Document Control Desk in Washington, D.C. and one (1) copy has been sent to your office, Emergency Preparedness Section. These changes have been determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the Indian Point 3 Emergency Plan and the Plan, as changed, continues to meet the standards of 10CFR50.45(b) and Appendix E.
In addition, as requested by your staff, a second copy has been forwarded to your Emergency Preparedness Section and one (1) copy has been provided to the IP-3 Resident NRC Inspectors.
