Answers to Section IV of NRC Order EA-09-119, Dated June 19, 2009 On June 3, 2009, the NRC issued Order EA-09-119 (Order) to R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, LLC (Ginna LLC) regarding additional security requirements for the Ginna Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI). The Order (Reference 1) imposes requirements to be completed within 180 days from the issuance of the Order. Ginna LLC consented to the Order and agreed to implement the requirements in Reference 2 and Reference 3.
Document Control Desk December 3, 2009 Page 2 Reference 1,Section III.C.2, further requires that "Ginna LLC shall report to the Commission when it has achieved full compliance with the requirements described in Attachments 1 and 2."
Ginna LLC achieved full compliance with these requirements on November 25, 2009.
