Attached is the draft letter to Rep. Markey on buried pipes at Indian Point that was requested by Luis during Bruce's VTC with the RAs and ODs. I have asked the Chairman's office for feedback on the tone and content of the letter and will share any insights that they provide with you. I will most likely not receive those insights until late this week or early next week.
