PG&E Letter DCL-09-079, dated November 23, 2009, submitted an application to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for renewal of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-80 and DPR-82 for Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP) Units 1 and 2, respectively. To facilitate NRC review of the DCPP LRA, the following items are enclosed:

• One CD containing the DCPP LRA, excluding Appendix E, in an electronic format suitable for posting on the NRC web page

• One CD containing the DCPP LRA, Appendix E, in an electronic format suitable for posting on the NRC web page

• Twenty five CDs containing the DCPP LRA (excluding Appendix E), the license renewal boundary drawings, and the DCPP Final Safety Analysis Report Update

• Twenty five CDs containing DCPP LRA, Appendix E, the license renewal boundary drawings, and the DCPP Final Safety Analysis Report Update

• Four hard copies of the DCPP LRA, which includes Appendix E

• Four hard copies (in color) of the License Renewal Boundary Drawings A member of the STARS (Strategic Teaming and Resource Sharing) ALLiance Callaway
