Predecisional Enforcement Conference to discuss one apparent violation identified during a routine inspection.
The apparent violation involved licensed operators not receiving complete medical examinations in accordance with ANSI 3.4-1976. Specifically, medical examinations of operators did not include olfactory testing or tactile testing. This conference is being held to obtain information to assist the NRC in making an enforcement decision regarding the apparent violation. The conference will provide an opportunity for the licensee to provide their perspective on the facts and findings, and any other information that they believe the NRC should take into consideration in making an enforcement decision.

This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
