Report of Generally Authorized Activities Per 10 CFR 810.7(h)

In accordance with 10 CFR 810, "Assistance to Foreign Atomic Energy Activities," Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) is providing a summary of activities generally authorized under 10 CFR 810.7(h). This report is due within 30 days of beginning the generally authorized activities. This activity began on October 13, 2009.

This report is being submitted by Exelon. Exelon is a Pennsylvania limited liability company and operates under the laws of the United States of America with an office at 4300 Winfield Road, Warrenville, Illinois, 60555.

This report describes the activities of Spain's Asociaci6n Nuclear Asc6-Vandell6s II, AlE employee Jordi Sabaii'tes. Mr. Sabartes is'a citizen of Spain. Mr. Sarbartes was a participant in the Institute ofNNuclear Power Operations (INPO) Plant Manager's class during a 3-day visit to Limerick Generating Station (LGS)*in Pottstown, PA from October 1-3-15, 2009.

This report also describes the activities of Canada's Hydro-Quebec employee Patrice Desbiens. Mr. Desbiens is a citizen of Canada. Mr. Desbiens was also a participant in the same INPO Plant Manager's class during the 3-day visit to LGS in Pottstown, PA from October 13-15, 2009.

Agreements (attached) have been formed between Exelon and Spain's Asociaci6n Nuclear Asc6-Vandell6s II, AIE/Jordi Sabartes and Canada's Hydro-Quebec/Patrice Desbiens to ensure that any subsequent transfer of materials, equipment, or technology transferred under general authorization to a country'listed:in' 10 CFR 81 0.8(a)y shall onlytake place if Spain's Asociaci6n Nuclear Asco-VandellosIIl, 1AIE/Jordi Sabartes:a9nd Canada's Hydro-Quebec/Patrice Desbiens obtains. Dear Mr. Sabartes,

Exelon is pleased to have you visit our Limerick Nuclear Generating Station to observe management styles in connection with a nuclear plant management course sponsored by INPO. Please review this request and provide your signature of agreement and return to Exelon prior to entry into Exelon's Limerick Station.

In the course of your proposed visit, you may have access to certain proprietary technical data concerning the design, construction, maintenance and operation of nuclear power stations. Access to such information by persons who are not citizens or lawful permanent residents of the United States or transfer of such data to persons outside the United States comes within the scope of rules, codified at 10 CFR Part 810, promulgated by the U.S.

Department of Energy ("DOE") concerning Assistance to Foreign Atomic Energy Activities. Such technical data and other information within the scope of such rules are referred to as "DOE-Controlled Information."

Your proposed visit noted above does not require a specific authorization, but comes within DOE's general authorization at 10 CFR Part 810.7(h).

In order to comply with United States Department of Energy regulations set forth at 10 CFR Part 810, Exelon requests that Asociaci6n Nuclear Asc6-Vandell6s II, AIE agree to the following prior to the proposed visit:

1. Asociaci6n Nuclear Asc6-Vandell6s II, AIE warrants that it shall fully comply with those rules promulgated by the DOE concerning Assistance to Foreign Atomic Energy Activities set forth at 10 CFR Part 810, as amended from time to time. Attached is a current version of the pertinent regulations.
2. Asociaci6n Nuclear Asc6-Vandell6s II, AIE agrees that it shall not subsequently transfer any DOE-Controlled Information to any individual or entity who is in a country listed in 10 C.F.R. § 810.8(a) without prior written approval of the United States Department of Energy.
3. Asociaci6n Nuclear Asc6-Vandell6s II, AlE warrants that employees of Asociaci6n Nuclear Asc6-Vandell6s II, AlE who will have access to DOE-Controlled Information are made aware of and bound by these requirements.

Exelon requests that Asociaci6n Nuclear Asc6-Vandell6s II, AlE acknowledge agreement to the above by its official signature below.
