....j Office of Administration U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, DC 20555-0001 Re: Comments on DG-2001, Quality Assurance Program Requirements for Research and Test Reactor This letter is sent in response to the solicitation of comments that was printed in the Federal Register, Volume 74, No. 177, September 15, 2009. The University of Missouri Research Reactor supports the revision of Regulatory Guide 2.5 (May 1977) and recommends that the NRC continue to endorse the ANSI/ANS 15.8-1995; reaffirmed 2005 document "Quality Assurance Program Requirements for Research Reactors" as the basis for the revision.
