Dear Mr. OConnor:
This letter refers to two investigations conducted by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Office of Investigations (OI) to determine if two contract quality control inspectors at the Monticello Nuclear Plant were discriminated against for raising safety concerns.
Based on the evidence developed during the investigations, we did not substantiate the allegations.
The synopses from the OI reports of investigation are enclosed.
