RE: Forthcoming Service List Update activity Please be aware that I am the FPL/NextEra fleet PM for any issue that is fleet wide. Even issues as minor as service lists should be brought to my attention if there are fleet implications.

As long as this administrative issue is resolved I have no problem but I am the assigned POC for DORL.

Thanks, Brenda L. Mozafari, Senior Project Manager Division of Operating Reactors - LPL22 St. Lucie Units 1 and 2; Turkey Point Units 3 and 4

FW: Forthcoming Service List Update activity As background to the comment Farideh monitored during the Region 2 morning call, last spring I noted that Alison Brown was experiencing frustration with forwarding service list problems to us. I organized a set of Points of Contact (defaulting to me anytime) for each Region containing FPL/NextEra plants. Note the list in my July 20, 9:11 AM email message.

Alison's contribution is to provide me or other POC with a copy or reference to the document containing the problem and supply the correct information that should have been there.

My intent is to get the correct information to the people who can make corrections as promptly, accurately, and simply as possible with minimum effort by the licensee's personnel, since it appears to be an internal NRC issue caused by the dispersal of independently maintained mailing list information. Universal use of ListServ should eventually solve many of these problems.

That Alison didn't contact me first, hopefully, means that she is comfortably working with the cognizant POCs. My call to her this morning will check on that.

RE: Forthcoming Service List Update activity

August will contain some of the announced expected personnel changes affecting your nuclear fleet. My specific interest is Duane Arnold Energy Center and the date starting on which to identify Chris Costanzo as the Site Vice President on our internal records and as the addressee on correspondence associated with the Points of Contact below.

I do recognize that all of the affected project managers have similar interests and that some of the changes are contingent upon the completion of others. Therefore, this email is an expression of preference if we could have one or two weeks prior notice of an expected change of addressees, Further, it will be helpful if your internal processes watch for the need to reroute mail to the intended recipients and contact the Points of Contact as needed during the transition of addressees.

In your notification please provide the first names as you wish to have them used on formal correspondence. It is sometimes difficult to interpret a nickname from a given name or determine the spelling of the formal name from the nickname. (Steve/Steven/Stephen and Liz/Liza/Elisabeth combinations come to mind)

This email requests no specific action on your part.

RE: Forthcoming Service List Update activity Timing couldn't be better. Yes, we have many new management changes affecting JB and the fleet that we will have to address. I will make those changes today and use the contacts provided for each Region.

Thank you so much for your help with this.

FW: Service List Question Continue to use me for Region I service list issues. If there is an issue, please highlight that it concerns Region I since I routinely focus my attention on Region III.

I believe that this completes coverage for the FPL Fleet.

Service List Question Good morning, Karl, You asked me to contact you if I had any questions regarding the service list. Well, I just received an electronic copy of a Region II letter (attached) from Joyce Calloway, Division of Reactor Safety. I noticed on page 3 - cc: w/encl: that the following still has not been changed (Re: Service List Change letters submitted on 05/14 & 05/28 to Doc Control).

  • To Remove Don Grissette
  • Change to Peter Wells' title
  • Change to M.S. Ross' title (Mitch Ross)

Can you assist or should I contact Tim Hoeg (Senior R.I. @ PSL)?
