NOTICE (Scheduling Status Conference)
The Licensing Board will hold a brief telephone conference on Thursday, October, 29, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. EDT to discuss the status of this license renewal proceeding. The conference will address the following topics: (1) the Staffs projected dates for issuing the draft and final SEIS, and explanation for the delay; (2) the possibility for settlement of Contention 5, the sole remaining contention in this proceeding; (3) the possibility that Intervenor will file any new or amended contentions; and (4) any other topics that the parties wish to raise.
A phone number and passcode for accessing the conference call will be provided by email in the days leading up to the conference.
