One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 0-7B4 Rockville, Maryland 20852 The purpose of the conference call between Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) (the licensee), and the NRC, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) staff is to discuss the licensee's path forward and any final concerns regarding the response to the NRC's request for additional information pertaining to the supplemental responses to Generic Letter 2004-02, "Potential Impact of Debris Blockage on Emergency Recirculation during Design Basis Accidents at Pressurized Water Reactors," Draft submitted September 25, 2009 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML092810211).

This is a Category 1 meeting via conference call. The public is invited to participate in this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned..
