2) Letter from P. B. Cowan (Exelon Generation Company, LLC) to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, "Issuance of the Core Operating Limits Report for Reload 16, Cycle 17," dated October 4, 2007 contains a copy of the Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS), Unit 3, Reload 17, Cycle 18, Revision 5. Revision 5 of this report incorporates the revised cycle specific parameters resulting from the new core configuration implemented during the current PBAPS, Unit 3 refueling outage.

This COLR is being submitted to the NRC in accordance with PBAPS, Unit 3 Technical Specifications (TS) Section 5.6.5.d. contains information proprietary to Global Nuclear Fuel. Global Nuclear Fuel requests that the document be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4). An affidavit supporting this request is also contained in Enclosure 1. Enclosure 2 contains a non-proprietary version of the PBAPS, Unit 3 Reload 17, Cycle 18, Revision 5 COLR.

In the Reference 1 and 2 documents, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) inadvertently submitted information to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission which should have been submitted as proprietary information. Accordingly, EGC requests that these two documents be removed from the public document room and be replaced with the non-proprietary versions.

Additionally, the Reload 16, Cycle 17, Revision 4 mid-cycle COLR was not previously submitted.

Attached is the COLR satisfying TS 5.6.5.d.

Enclosures 1, 3, 4, and 5 transmitted herewith contain Proprietary Information.

Global Nuclear Fuel requests that the documents be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4). An affidavit supporting this request is also contained in Enclosures 3, 4 and 5.

Enclosures 6, 7, and 8 contain non-proprietary versions of the COLRs.

These issues have been entered into EGC's corrective action program.
