Revision to Tennessee Valley Authority's Nuclear Access Distribution List Letter from TVA to NRC dated August 25, 2009, "TVA, Notification of Primary Contact Change Update" [ML092440805]
Reference:
The purpose of this letter is for the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) to 1) withdraw the referenced letter, and 2) provide revisions to the nuclear access distribution list.
Although the contacts provided in the referenced letter are correct, the letter was not submitted in accordance with TVA's procedure for written communications with: the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. The Enclosure to this letter provides the requested revisions to the nuclear access distribution list, including those submitted in the referenced letter.
