Pat, Attached are draft RAIs related to our review of your July 29, 2009, Decommissioning Funding Assurance Plan for Braidwood, Byron, Clinton and LaSalle. Please review these questions with your staff and let me know when a followup call would be convienent to discuss the questions.

Due to our schedule, we would need to hold the followup call before COB Wed. Spetember 30, 2009.
