I understand you are out of the office this week, but I am writing to let you know that I will be making the item below (the data explanation from our 8/19 teleconference) publicly available per our discussions prior to your sending me this information, and despite the claim of proprietary and confidential information in the footer of the e-mail.

As you recall, I had indicated that I would reference your response in the teleconference summary. Further, the summary you reviewed and commented on contained a placeholder for this item's ML number.

Our document processing staff will be removing the confidential and proprietary claim from the item before it becomes publicly available.
