Ginna Project Summary 3/4 Ginna requires ISFSI in service prior to the Spring 2011 Refueling Outage.

3/4 Ginna will utilize the TransNuclear NUHOMS system 3/4 Ginna will utilize a General License.

3/4 ISFSI Project includes ISFSI, 125 ton Single Failure Proof Crane, Canister Preparation Building (CPB), and Upgraded Haul Path.

3/4 Ginna ISFSI is designed for 30 Horizontal Storage Modules (HSMs) with 10 initially installed.

Ginna ISFSI Project Milestones

• NRC Inspection of ISFSI Pad installation completed October 2008

• Initial 10 HSMs installation and Security Upgrades completed August 2009

• NRC Inspection of 125 Ton Single Failure Proof Crane (ASME NOG-1) Factory Test completed August 2009

• Crane Installation and Testing scheduled to complete in November 2009

• Internal Dry Runs scheduled to take place in May 2010 4
