(DEK) has reviewed NRC Inspection Report No. 05000305/2009406, dated September 8, 2009.
The report documented an issue that has the potential for significance of a greater than Green finding for Kewaunee Power Station.
While DEK appreciates the opportunity to present our perspective on the facts and assumptions associated with this issue, we feel that information has already been provided during the inspection.
Therefore, DEK neither requests a
regulatory conference nor intends to submit our position in writing.
