RESCHEDULING OF PERRY NUCLEAR POWER PLANT EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS INSPECTION
Dear Mr. Bezilla:
In a telephone conversation on September 11, 2009, between Ms. Regina Russell, Emergency Preparedness Inspector and Mr. Larry Vanderhorst, Emergency Preparedness Senior Specialist of your staff, arrangements were made for the rescheduling of the Emergency Preparedness Biennial Program Inspection at the Perry Nuclear Power Plant. The inspection was rescheduled to a mutually agreeable time due to workload demands and availability of staff for both your Emergency Preparedness Organization and the RIII Emergency Preparedness Branch. The inspection was rescheduled from the week of September 21, 2009 to the week of November 2, 2009.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records System (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
