Dairyland Power Cooperative La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR)
Quality Assurance Program for the Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.140(d), Dairyland Power Cooperative hereby notifies the NRC of its intent to apply the LACBWR 10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Quality Assurance Program to activities related to the development of an independent spent fuel storage installation at the LACBWR site.
The latest revision of the LACBWR Quality Assurance Program Description was submitted to the NRC by letter LAC-14041, dated December 3, 2008.
