Dear Mr. Allen:
By letter dated July 17, 2009 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML092020221) you applied requested review and approval of a change to the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit NO.1 emergency action levels. The proposed change pertained to emergency action levels resulting from the effects of thermally induced current on the containment high range radiation monitors. Subsequently, by letter dated August 31,2009 (ADAMS Accession No. ML092450687), you withdrew this request.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above-cited application is being treated as withdrawn.
