- Tracy, A few minor points of clarification from the NRC meeting summary:
The St. Lucie Unit 1 uprate will be 11.7% versus 12%,
The St. Lucie Unit 1 steam generators were placed in service in 1998 versus 1991, The fuel "may be changed" to a slightly higher enrichment versus "will be changed."
