September 1, 2009 Braidwood Unit 2 - Supplemental Document Request to Support Baseline ISI inspection procedure 71111.08.
Please provide the inspector (M. Holmberg) with the following documents at the on-site inspection entrance meeting scheduled for October 13, 2009. Additionally, please provide scaffolding, fall protection, and FME training for (Melvin Holmberg, Atif Shaikh & Michael Benson) to support observation of NDE examinations.
