Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with 10 CFR 26.71(d), attached is the corrected Arkansas Nuclear One Fitness-for-Duty Program performance data for the period July - December 2008. The Fitness-for-Duty Program performance data was originally submitted by letter dated April 21, 2009 (Reference 1); however the Program Summary contained incorrect test data. The test data has been corrected and the paragraph has been clarified.
There are no new commitments contained in this submittal.

SUMMARY
The ANO annual random testing rate is 50 percent. During this reporting period, 28.99 percent of the population has been randomly tested. The rate of positive tests from random testing during this period is 0.17 percent. The total random percentage for the year is 53.45 percent.
POSITIVE RESULTS:
During the six month reporting period, employees and contractors submitted 1612 samples for testing. Of these tests, eight were positive for illegal drugs.
Seven short-term contractors tested positive for illegal drugs during pre-access testing.
Of the seven, five were positive for THC, one was positive for amphetamine, and one was positive for alcohol.
One licensee employee tested positive during random testing and is discussed in the Events Reported To The NRC section below.
MANAGEMENT ACTIONS:
Unescorted access was denied for all seven individuals testing positive during pre-access testing. Unescorted access authorization was suspended for the licensee employee who tested positive during random testing. Appropriate documentation was recorded in the industry information sharing database for all individuals testing positive in accordance with program sanctions.
EVENTS REPORTED TO THE NRC:
One NRC reportable event occurred during this reporting period when a licensee supervisor tested positive for marijuana. This violation was reported to the NRC in accordance with 10 CFR 26.73.
PROGRAM EVALUATION:
No programmatic problems were identified during this reporting period.
