Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, Dairyland Power Cooperative has requested changes to the LACBWR License Appendix A, Technical Specifications. These changes are in support of the LACBWR Dry Cask Storage Project that will establish an Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation under general license provisions of 10 CFR 72, Subpart K. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.30(b), this license amendment request must be executed under oath or affirmation.
I, William L. Berg, am President and Chief Executive Officer of Dairyland Power Cooperative.
I herby certify that the information in Dairyland Power Cooperative's letter LAC-14071 dated July 28, 2009, "Request for Amendment to 10 CFR 50, Possession Only License in Support of Dry Cask Storage Project," is complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
