Dear Sir or Madam:
On January 30, 2009, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued a greater than green finding to Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (ENO) for a violation of radiation protection activities at the Palisades Nuclear Plant (PNP). EN0 provided a response to the notice of violation on February 23, 2009.
The NRC requested that EN0 provide notification when PNP is prepared to undergo the supplemental 95001 inspection to review the root cause and actions taken in response to the violation. This letter provides notification that EN0 is prepared for that inspection.
Summary of Commitments This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
