- Larry, We are in the process of responding to all the comments we received and preparing the final EIS with the comment responses included. The final EIS then becomes one of the considerations for the decision makers regarding license renewal. We received a lot of comments, and some of them were quite technical. The final decision also has to wait until the contentions are resolved. So it will be quite a while yet.
