U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 07B02 Rockville, Maryland Discussion of the Luminant Generation Company LLC (the licensee) application supplement dated July 27, 2009 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML092170144), regarding its request to revise the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2, Technical Specification 3.7.17, "Spent Fuel Assembly Storage."
The supplement was in response to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) letter dated July 10, 2009 (ADAMS Accession No. ML091870479), that provided the NRC staff's draft basis for denial.
This is a Category 1 meeting via conference call. The public is invited to participate in this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
Proprietary information may be discussed at certain times during the meeting. These portions of the meeting will be closed to members of the public who have not been granted access to the information by the owner of the information.
