August 4, 2009 MEMORANDUM TO THE PARTICIPANTS IN:
CALVERT CLIFFS 3 NUCLEAR PROJECT, LLC, and UNISTAR NUCLEAR OPERATING SERVICES, LLC (Combined License Application for Calvert Cliffs Unit 3)
This is to inform the participants that Commissioner Kristine L. Svinicki will tour the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2, on Wednesday, August 5, 2009. The purpose of this visit is to accompany Mr. Glyn Davies, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands, on his tour of the Calvert Cliffs site. The Commissioner will not engage in any substantive discussion during the site visit about any of the issues that have been raised in the ongoing adjudicatory proceeding for the Calvert Cliffs Unit 3 combined license application.
