Kim, The LRA Table 3.3.2-18-IP2 should be just like the LRA Table 3.3.2-18-IP3 for valve body with gray cast iron in air-indoor (int). The aging effect should be Loss of Material and the AMP should be External Surfaces Monitoring. The rest of the table is correct.

Monitoring I would think that the two entries should be the same, but am not sure which one Entergy meant to use.

Also, don't forget to ask about the changes to LRA Section 2.3.3.12 for IP2 regarding the deletion of the CO2 references.
