UNITED STATES GEOLOGICAL SURVEY - AMENDMENT NO. 10 TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. D-10

Dear Dr. Dickinson:

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 10 to the Indemnity Agreement D-10 for U.S. Geological Survey TRIGA Reactor. The amendment consists of changes such that additional facility spaces will be covered by the indemnity agreement. This is in response your request in a letter dated July 15, 2009.

Docket No. 50-274 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO.D-10 AMENDMENT NO.10 Effective July 22, 2009, Indemnity Agreement No.D-10, between the United States Geological Survey, Department of the Interior and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated April 8, 1968, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:

Item 3-Location, is amended by deleting Room No. 149 and substituting The Reactor Control Room, Reactor Facility Offices and Laboratories (Rooms 149-152, 154, 157 and reactor hallway) in the Nuclear Science Building (Building 15), Denver Federal Center, Denver, Colorado.
