CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION AT FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT

On July 15, 2009, the licensee announced the following personnel changes:
Terry Jones, currently the Vice-President Nuclear Operations-North Region, will assume the position of Vice-President, Nuclear Power Uprate.
Mark Warner, the current Vice-President of Nuclear Plant Support, will become the Vice President for Nuclear Operations, South Region.
Raj Kundalkar, the current Vice-President, Nuclear Power Uprate, will assume the role of Vice-President Fleet Organizational Support.
Richard Anderson, the current Site Vice President at Duane Arnold Energy Center will assume the role of Vice-President of Nuclear Plant Support.
Christopher Costanzo, the current Plant General Manager at St. Lucie, will assume the role of Site Vice-President, Duane Arnold Energy Center.
In addition to the above staff changes, the Site Vice-Presidents for Seabrook, Duane Arnold and Point Beach will now report directly to Mano Nazar, the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
